By using HQ Data Profiler, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for any data or information processed using HQ Data Profiler. You acknowledge that the processing of data may involve risks, including but not limited to:

Data loss or corruption
System failures
Security breaches

3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Quality Profiling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of HQ Data Profiler, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Quality Profiling and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of HQ Data Profiler or your violation of these Terms of Service.

5. Modifications to Terms of Service
High Quality Profiling reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the HQ Data Profiler website.
